In an effort to serve the needs of our customers, JSWSC has facilitated a number of bill paying options.

• In-person in the office. We always enjoy the opportunity to visit with customers to stay abreast of needs and developments in the community. Cash, check, or money orders are accepted.
• Night Drop slot, located to the left of the JSWSC office door at 113 N. 5th st. in downtown Jarrell. Checks and Money Orders are preferred.
• By mail. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 40 Jarrell, TX 76537. Checks or Money Orders are approved by the U.S. Postal Service. Cash is not.
• ACH. Complete the automatic payment authorization form and your designated account will be drafted on the 10th of each month. There is no surcharge.
• Pay by phone. 866-415-6494 (Credit card and debit – There is a $3.99 fee for this service)
• Pay by internet. https://www.paybill.com/jswsc/ (Credit card and debit – There is a $3.49 fee for this service)

Regular monthly bills (blue card) are mailed on or before the 1st of the month and are due by the 15th of that month. Any account with a balance remaining after the 15th will incur a $9.00 late fee. If the 15th falls on a weekend, payments received on the next business day are considered on time.

Past Due bills (red cards) are mailed on the 25th of the month and must be paid within 10 days to avoid loss of water service. Disconnect / Reconnect fees are $70.00.

Not receiving your bill is not an acceptable reason for not paying. Please call the water office if you have not seen your water bill at the designated time of month. We are always ready to answer questions regarding your balance.
