How We Are Organized
The Jarrell-Schwertner WSC is a member-owned non-profit corporation. As such, it is governed by a Board of Directors that is made up of nine member-elected residents who serve three-year terms. Elections are held at the annual Stockholder’s Meeting, the second Wednesday in February.
The Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of every month (except December) at the City of Jarrell Community Center. Citizens are welcome to express their concerns and recommendations during the citizen-communication portion of the meeting. All water company members are invited and encouraged to attend the meetings to stay abreast of company activity. Currently serving are:
