Rental Agreement
This form must be signed by property owners who wish the water company to mail water bills for rental properties directly to the renter. There is important information regarding responsibility for final bills, so please read carefully.

Standard Service Agreement
This is where you start if you want to apply for a meter. There is only one page of information that we require from you but the other three pages are important reading for you to understand basically how the company operates. When submitting a Service Agreement, please include a map of the area around your property so that our engineer is clear on the location.

Developer Service Agreement
Also called the Non-standard service agreement, this is the form used for and by individuals or businesses who require multiple meters or meters larger than the standard 3/4” size.

Right Of Way Easement
This document, once recorded, entitles the water company to place water lines on your property and then to repair, replace, and maintain those water lines indefinitely. Easements are required on all new meter or water line installations.

Membership Transfer
This document is necessary if you are selling your property and wish to convey your membership in the water company to the buyer. The form should be completed during closing of the sale of the property. The alternate to transferring your membership is having your membership refunded. Most older memberships have a value of $100. The current membership rate is $300. By signing the membership transfer you potentially save the buyer $200 in the cost of their membership.

Voluntary Disconnect
Should you wish to give up your membership in the Jarrell-Schwertner WSC, we will refund your membership and pull the meter. When water service is required again, and only if capacity still exists, a meter tap/meter connection fee of $500 will be charged as well as the new membership fee of $300.

ACH Payments
For customers who prefer to have their checking or savings account drafted, JSWSC offers monthly ACH service. Complete the ACH form, then mail, fax, or drop it off at the water office and we'll take care of the rest. There is no extra charge to you for this service. Drafts are initiated on the 10th of each month. You will continue to receive a monthly bill showing your use and charges.
